In this tutorial we are going to retrieve interactions for the breast cancer type 2 susceptibility protein (BRCA2). The UniProtKB accession number of BRCA2 is P51587, thus we insert this identifier in the query box and hit the query button. Alternatively, we could have searched with the UniProtKB identifier BRCA2_HUMAN, its Entrez Gene identifier 675, or one of the other supported identifier systems.
